Garbage Destruction Machines
We have developed an innovative technology to destroy MSW. This patented technology system is capable of destroying / degenerating the Covid 19 contaminated wastes safely and effectively to zero contamination level in less than 2 – 4 hours without any deployment of manual labor or any kind of power consumption. Machine is having dual chamber facility and maintaining 300oC – 500 at the primary chamber and 850 -1050 Degree at secondary chamber and it meets the medical waste incineration guidelines.
Our system is specially designed for Municipal Mixed solid waste. Highly Radicalized Oxygen Atoms with the help of a unique process act on the solid waste material decomposing them into ash, (complete combustion). The Exothermic Reaction results in the Core Temperature going from 300ºc to 500ºc reducing the waste into Ceramic Ash with Zero Calorific Value thus ensuring total destruction and a volume-metric reduction of the waste by a ratio of 1:200 to 1:300.
It can be used for destruction of any combustible material except Inert Material like Metal, Glass, stones which are left as it is. The Municipal Solid Waste with Moisture content of less than 35% to 40% can be easily decomposed in this machine. The Operating cycle time ranges from 3 to 8 hours depending on the moisture content. The Exothermic Decomposition process helps in maintenance of the equipment temperatures to further the Process.
Our system do not require electrical power or fuel for organic substance decomposition for decompose chamber. The emissions from System are complying with PCB Incinerator Emission Standards. External heater (850°C) is connected outside the chamber to destruct any Dioxin and other toxic substances destruction. Wet scrubbing system is fixed followed by the heater to prevent reformation of Dioxin as well as remove acidic Fumes. After wet scrubbing the flue gas (clean) is dispersed through stack in to atmosphere, the ash generated has got ceramic properties and no carbon content.
Waste to Energy Gasifiers
A Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Gasifier Plant converts waste into energy, typically by producing syngas (synthesis gas) through the gasification process. The plant consists of several critical systems, each responsible for handling, processing, and converting waste into energy
Gasification Process: Our project revolves around the gasification process, which involves converting carbonaceous materials into gases through several thermal processes. These processes include drying, Pyrolysis, combustion, cracking, and reduction. Each step contributes to the transformation of biomass or fossil fuel-based materials into valuable gases.

IMPROVED RDF (Refuse-derived fuel) MACHINES,
Refuse-derived fuel (RDF) is a fuel produced from non-hazardous waste, such as residential, commercial, industrial, construction, and demolition waste. This fuel is produced from combustible components that the industry calls Municipal Solid Waste – MSW for short. This waste, usually taken from industrial or commercial sites, is shred, dried, then finally burned to produce electricity.
The production of RDF pellets from the combustible stuff of the household garbage, as a coal substitute, is a viable technological solution towards generating energy from waste including the power generation. Thus, the municipal solid waste (MSW) can be used as an alternative source of energy. RDF is renewable, easy to store and transport, and has a high calorific value. It also has low secondary pollution and dioxin emissions. RDF can be obtained as a fluffy material or compressed into pellets or briquettes.
RDF can be used to generate energy at recovery facilities, where it produces electricity and hot water.

Bio Mining
India’s cities are struggling to manage their waste as these dumpsites have already exceeded their capacity and cannot take in any more waste. They have also not managed to find land for installing waste-processing facilities. These dumpsites have emerged as pollution hubs in the middle of human settlements, as cities have grown over the decades. It has, therefore, become a necessity for the city authorities to reclaim the existing dumpsites in an environmentally sound and economically viable manner. Bio-mining is the scientific process of excavation, treatment, segregation and gainful utilisation of aged municipal solid waste lying in dumpsites typically referred to as legacy waste.”
It is a process of treating garbage or waste with bio-organisms or natural elements like air and
Sunlight. Over time, the biodegradable component of the waste gets decomposed through the
natural process, and the remaining part i.e. non-biodegradable material is then dealt separately.
It comprises 4 steps:
- Excavation of legacy waste,
- Stabilising the waste using bioremediation.
- Segregation of excavated waste and then sustainable management and its safe disposal.
- Themethods of bio-mining include Bioleaching, Bio-oxidation, Dump leaching, and Agitated leaching.
C&D plants
Construction and demolition (C&D) waste is generated from construction, renovation, repair, and demolition of houses, large building structures, roads, bridges, piers, and dams. C&D waste is made up of wood, steel, concrete, gypsum, masonry, plaster, metal, and asphalt. C&D waste is notable because it can contain hazardous materials such as asbestos and lead. Estimates vary, but a commonly accepted estimate is that between 15% and 20% of municipal solid waste comes from construction and demolition projects.
Construction and demolition (C&D) recycling refers to the practice of recovering, sorting, and processing materials that are generated during the construction, demolition, or renovation of buildings, roads, and other structures. This process typically involves the recovery of wood, concrete, metals, masonry, insulation, plastics, and other materials that would otherwise be sent to landfills.
Efficient handling of CDW is crucial in concurrently striving for environmental sustainability, economic progress, and social fairness, not only for the present but also for future generations. As a field in development, it focuses on standardizing innovative procedures while adapting to specific local and contextual conditions.
